A team that stays after launch
13design is an interactive agency based in Pietrowice Wielkie, Poland, working with businesses across Poland and abroad. We design websites, shops and course platforms, build brands and look after what we’ve created.
Who we are
Tech, design and sales at one table
We are a team of web developers, graphic designers and marketing specialists. The agency is led by Sylwia Stein – a WordPress and WooCommerce specialist, educator and conference speaker who also teaches others how to build websites.
We combine three perspectives: technical, visual and sales. That way your website doesn’t just look good – it’s also fast, secure and guides customers where they should go.

How we work
Three principles we stick to
01
Diagnosis first
Before we propose a new website, we check whether fixing the current one would be enough. Sometimes the cheaper answer is the right one.
02
Facts, not promises
We tell you what can be done, what it costs and how long it will take – even when the honest answer is “it’s not worth it”.
03
Knowledge we pass on
After launch you get training and guides. We want you to stay with us because you want to – not because you can’t change a line of text without us.
Why us
Why clients stay
Many of them came to us after bad experiences with other contractors. What kept them here is pretty simple.
- We speak plain language – no technical jargon
- Quote and scope of work in writing before we start
- We teach you to use the dashboard instead of making you dependent on us
- We stay after launch with ongoing care
- We know the EU and Polish essentials: GDPR, VAT invoices, accessibility requirements
Reviews
They come back and recommend us
Most new projects come to us through referrals. Here’s what our clients say.
I came to Sylwia after a series of very bad experiences with external companies building my website and shop. Suddenly I found myself in a place where everything happens remarkably professionally, efficiently and with respect for the client’s needs and vision. Sylwia’s competence and drive are invaluable – not only does everything run smoothly, I also really enjoy learning from her knowledge. We’ve been working together for 6 years and there hasn’t been a single request or problem Sylwia didn’t respond to immediately – from a small tweak in the footer to changing the website theme. An out-of-this-world brain and tech expert. I recommend her with all my heart.
Thank you so much for such professional cooperation! I’ve worked with 4 agencies and only 13design did everything to make me happy! Contact faster than the speed of light, designs and revisions carried out reliably according to my suggestions! Not to mention the beautiful print and fast delivery. Thank you again – thanks to you I know there are still companies that do a ‘good job’! Congratulations – I will recommend you!
I’ve been working with Sylwia for quite a while on my blog and the course platform she built for me. She is professional, has a great sense of style and – what matters most to me – is wonderfully easy to reach, practically at any time of day or night. She once rescued my blog in the middle of the night and at weekends. I also recommend her design services – she created a lovely logo and business cards for me.
I’ve been using Sylwia’s technical support for several years. I really value her work, expertise, communication and fast action. She is always ready to help, especially in a crisis. She comes up with different solutions, offers options and never leaves you on your own. I’m very grateful for her professionalism and knowledge – and for her openness to talk and help find THE solution we need. I recommend Sylwia with all my heart.
I have been working with Sylwia Stein for several years, on technical support for a WordPress website with a WooCommerce shop. During this time Sylwia has proven to be not only a highly qualified specialist, but also an open, flexible and trustworthy person. All tasks were completed on time and flawlessly. The cooperation has always been friendly and pleasant. She can explain difficult technical issues in plain language. It’s a great comfort knowing the website is in good hands. That’s why I recommend Sylwia Stein to people and organisations looking for a top-class professional who is also an efficient, communicative specialist in building and supporting websites.
I highly recommend Sylwia and her team! I used their services to update my website, move it to another server, and she helped me choose new hosting and domain providers. Our cooperation was VERY professional, specific and on time, with excellent communication. I will definitely keep using the services of Sylwia and her team.
I recommend Sylwia and her WordPress company. She has enormous technical knowledge, an excellent portfolio and a smart team that always responds on time. She’s also by far the best communicator in WP: I always know what stage the project is at and what the deadline is. I recommend her with a clear conscience.
Working with Sylwia is a pure pleasure. I’ve asked for her help several times and every time I could count on full commitment, patience and expert knowledge. Sylwia analyses the situation thoroughly, checks every detail and explains step by step what she is doing or what needs to be done. At first I was worried about giving access to my websites to someone I didn’t know personally, but today I know I couldn’t have chosen better. I wholeheartedly recommend Sylwia to anyone who needs professional support with their websites. I will certainly come back to her many times, because I finally feel ‘looked after’ and know there’s someone who will help me.
