How we work
Four stages. No guesswork.
At every stage you know what’s happening, what it costs and when it will be ready.
01
Conversation
We get to know your business, your customers and your goal. If you already have a website, we start by reviewing it.
02
Quote and plan
Scope of work, schedule and price in writing – before we start anything.
03
Design and build
We design, build and test on a staging copy. You approve before anything goes live.
04
Launch and care
We launch, show you how everything works and stay on with ongoing care – if you want us to.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Don’t see your question? Write to us – we’ll give you a straight answer.
What if the website is infected?
The emergency service covers outages. We handle infections and attacks as part of our malware removal and security service.
Do you need access details?
Yes – to the WordPress dashboard, and often to hosting as well. Share them securely, e.g. via a password manager, not in a regular email.
How do I avoid another outage?
The simplest way is ongoing care. Backups, controlled updates and monitoring mean outages happen less often and fixes take less time.
